World of Beer | Dr. Phillips – Movember Shave Down Event

I’m sure everyone has heard of the term Movember at one point or another….so what is Movember exactly??? It is a month long fund raising event during which participants (almost always adult males) attempt to grow a luxurious and stylish mustache throughout the month. They also ask people to sponsor them for this event and all monies raised go toward men’s health issues such as prostate cancer research.

The World of Beer at Dr. Phillips hosted their annual Movember “Shave Down” on November 30th. On November 1st participants grew out their mustaches and took photographs of the progress throughout the weeks and on November 30th the person with the most creative mustache won the prize pack compliments of the Art of Shaving.
