Gasparilla International Film Festival – VIP Opening Night & Film at Tampa Theatre

The Gasparilla International Film Festival (GIFF) kicked started their week long festivities at the Tampa Theatre in Downtown Tampa. Hundreds of people, over 700 hundred to be exact, came out to GIFF’s opening  night which held a VIP reception with hors d’oeuvres served by various restaurants, beer and other spirits for sponsors, film makers, and of course savvy movie goers who wanted to be the first to preview Empire State directed by Dito Montiel.  After the movie screening GIFF held a Q & A panel for those who wanted to know more about the movie. Producer, Randall Emmett, actor Michael Angarano, Director Dito Montiel, and two others spoke about the entertainment industry.
