AACC Golden Dragon Awards @ Disney’s Contemporary Resort

What a wonderful Asian American Chamber of Commerce‘s Golden Dragon Awards 2012 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. We would like to congratulate all of this year’s recipients for winning the following rewards in the list below. Wendy Chioji, former WESH-TV news anchor, gave an amazing inspirational speech about her overcoming cancer followed by performances by Nadine Risha and the Orlando Ballet. Thanks to the sponsors for help make this event happen: Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Orlando Magic, and Universal Orlando Resorts. We hope everyone enjoyed the red carpet treatment by the SNAP! Studio Booth and hope to see you all again next year!

Def Talent Jam XX 2012: Forever Young

This year’s Def Talent Jam was held at the Curtis M. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. As every year, dance groups displayed their best through the night! There was only one team though that took home the 1st price. Congratulations to ATL FSA for coming out at the top! 2nd plase went to UCF F.O.B. and 3rd place went USF AFS. Thank you all for putting up a great show, we look forward to Def Talent Jam XXI, and don’t forget to read your Sparks Magazine online!
