AKM Opening Ceremony @ UF

[AKM 2013] Opening Ceremony was an night dedicated for empowerment and awareness on Asian American issues and topics. Special thanks to the headlining acts Terry ‘krNfx’ Im, DISGRASIAN, and Jason Yang for sharing their knowledge, thoughts and views. We printed photo strips with our black background for the opening ceremony which was held in the Rion Ballroom at the Reitz Union at UF. We were so busy taking photos that we didn’t get a chance to photograph everyone at the event, BUT! We will be back for the rest of AKM to capture the moments!

Girl’s Night Out at The Florida Mall

Oh girls just wanna have fun…at The Florida Mall for Girls Night Out! Thanks to Diet Coke & The British Virgin Islands for sponsoring the night and Camille La Vie for sponsoring the evening looks. Attendees were welcomed with swag bags filled with goodies and treats. They got to snack on yummy samples from Mochi, California Pizza Kitchen, Wasabi Sushi, Ruby Tuesday, Café Bistro, and Garibaldi’s. Beauty counters from Philosophy, Macy, Aveda, JC Penney and Clarins were ready to give makeovers and beauty tips. Free manicures were in full effect at the Claire’s table while The Henna Studio was crafting intricate henna designs. Other vendors in attendance were Adidas, Francesca’s and Lush. #GNO2013
